Strategic Doing - is a simple, but disciplined process to move ideas to action quickly. It is based on Appreciative Inquiry: connecting the insights and innovations of civic leaders to assets for transformative initiatives.
I-Open Co-Founder Ed Morrison developed the process of Strategic Doing. Ed leads the Strategic Doing practice at Purdue Center for Regional Development (PCRD) to help regions learn how to collaborate to accelerate innovation. I-Open Civic Forums introduce Strategic Doing principles to accelerate network building, collaboration, and strengthen entrepreneurial cultures. Strategic Doing is for individuals, organizations, and businesses in communities and regions.
"Insights in Open Source Economic Development" with Ed Morrison is available as a free PDF download at the I-Open Store in Transcripts.
